Fred Karger to Stump in Portsmouth

Republican Presidential hopeful will visit several Portsmouth businesses on Wednesday to meet with voters.

Fred Karger is scheduled to visit several Portsmouth businesses and attend a house party in the city on Wednesday, according to his campaign staff.

The Republican Presidential candidate is scheduled to meet with voters at the Golden Egg restaurant on Sagamore Avenue at 10:30 a.m. for breakfast, according to campaign spokesperson Rinah Shah.

Karger is then scheduled to visit Federal Cigar on Ladd Street at 12 noon to do some campaigning for the store's matchbook straw poll. The results of the poll will be announced this Friday.

From there, Karger is scheduled to meet with voters at Breaking New Grounds in Market Square at 12:30 p.m. followed by lunch and more campaigning at The Friendly Toast on Congress Street at 1 p.m., according to Shah.

Following a stop at the Memorial Union Building at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, Karger is scheduled to attend a house party at the home of Norman Patenaude on Spinnaker Way at 5 p.m. before he moves on to more campaign stops in Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Keene and Gilsum on Thursday and Friday.
