Portsmouth Mom Launches Seacoast Family Events Website

Portsmouth mom Jennifer Carsen has launched a new online resource, just in time for the summer season, to help Seacoast-area families discover, review, and share what’s great (and not so great) in our neck of the woods.

Seacoast Find & Go Seek (http://seacoast.findandgoseek.net) is a comprehensive, easy-to-use website that’s chock-full of things for kids and families to do and see in the NH Seacoast area.

“The website includes listings of area businesses and attractions, a detailed events calendar, and – best of all – honest reviews from other parents, grandparents, and caregivers,” says Carsen. “So you get the real scoop on what’s worth doing and what’s not.”

Seacoast Find & Go Seek is the newest addition to the Find & Go Seek family – there are four other locations around the country, with the original Burlington, VT-area site launched by Dana and Andrew Freeman back in 2008.

The coverage area of Seacoast Find & Go Seek extends up into Southern Maine and down to the Newburyport, Massachusetts area. It also includes attractions farther afield – so you can plan the perfect day trip or overnighter.

“The site is 100% free to use, so I really want to encourage local families to check it out, and local businesses, nonprofits, and communities to add their listings to the site,” Carsen says.

“There are so many wonderful things for families to do and share together in our area, and I think Seacoast Find & Go Seek will become an invaluable community resource for getting the word out.”
