Portsmouth this week was included in a Flavorwire list of the best American cities for writers.
The "20 Great American Cities for Writers—That Aren't New York" list had the following to say about the Port City:
"Mark our words: all of the up-and-coming East Coast writers who are toiling away in big, smelly cities would kill to hang out at a place like RiverRun Bookstore. If only they knew it existed."
The list also included Portland, Maine and Cambridge, Mass.
