The owners of Four Restaurant on State Street have closed the eatery and the space is now being marketed for lease by commercial broker Bill Mouflouze.
The restaurant, which served dinner and a Sunday brunch, closed for reasons that Mouflouze would not comment on when contacted Tuesday afternoon.
The restaurant featured a steakhouse menu and a daily, four-course tasting menu. The eatery's location at the corner of State Street and Penhallow Street is across from the former Chef's Table restaurant, which has been closed for more than a year.
Four opened in 2008.
