Atlantic Cardiology Associates in Portsmouth joins Lahey Health, becomes Lahey Cardiology, Portsmouth

Atlantic Cardiology Associates has joined Lahey Health as a community-based cardiology practice in Portsmouth. Known for its extensive commitment to providing the highest quality cardiovascular care and services to the community, the practice will be renamed Lahey Cardiology, Portsmouth.


“Welcoming Atlantic Cardiology to Lahey Health allows us to collaboratively expand services and our ability to deliver high-quality, community-based cardiovascular care in the greater Portsmouth Region,” said Dr. Richard Nesto, executive vice president and chief medical officer, Lahey Health.


The Lahey Cardiology, Portsmouth practice is home to board-certified physicians who specialize in cardiovascular medicine, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the heart. The physicians are expert in a variety of diagnostic testing including echocardiography, nuclear imaging, exercise and non-exercise stress tests, carotid imaging, Holter monitoring, cardiac catheterization, and coronary angioplasty.
