Colin Ross, Fatal Crash Victim, Remembered

The 2009 Winnacunnet High School graduate was laid to rest Wednesday a few days after he suffered fatal injuries in a local car crash.

The following obituary is from Remick and Gendron Funeral Home:

Colin M. Ross, 23, of Hampton, died Saturday, January 18, 2013 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Seabrook.

He was born in Dover, January 5, 1991 a son of Deborah A. (Lucca) Ross of Hampton and Lindsey J. Ross of Hampton Falls.

Colin was raised in Hampton and graduated from Winnacunnet High School with the Class of 2009. He enjoyed skiing, snowboarding, playing baseball and hockey.

In addition to his parents, family members include his brothers, Ian Ross and Liam Ross, his sister, Lauren Ross, his paternal grandmother, Miriam Ross of Hampton Falls, his maternal grandmother, Joan C. Lucca of North Falmouth, Mass., and The Villages in Florida, aunts, uncles, cousins and his nephew.

Visiting hours will be from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. Wednesday, January 22, 2013 at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, 289 Lafayette Road, Hampton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Interment will be private.
