Pat, What web browser do you use? Ideally we want the website to work on all browser versions, and based on other users' experiences, there are no issues. Please let us know.

Thanks. We downloaded the latest version of safari (5.1.7) , and the website works for us. It also works on our and other's iPhones and iPads. Obviously, since there are likely other users who are experiencing similar issues, we'll keep looking into it. Thanks for letting us know.
