I had the unpleasant experience of having to pick up a few groceries at Hannaford's this morning. I normally buy cooking spray at Market Basket. Their own 6 oz. container is $1.69. At Hannaford - $2.99. That's 77% higher. I also buy liquid eggs at Market Basket for $2.49. At Hannaford's it's almost $5.00 for the same size container, store brand - nearly 100% higher. And it's that way throughout the entire store. Talk about ripping people off!
