Lizzi Marriott Murder Suspect Waives Hearing

Seth Mazzaglia, 30, of Dover has waived his right to a probable cause hearing on Monday in Dover District Court.

The Dover man charged with killing University of New Hampshire student Lizzi Marriott has waived his right to a probable cause hearing.

Foster's Daily Democrat reported Friday night that Seth Mazzaglia, 30, of Dover, who is charged with second degree murder in Marriott's death, waived the hearing that was scheduled to take place in Dover District Court on Monday at 10 a.m. Meanwhile, authorities continue to search for Marriott's body in the Piscataqua River around Peirce Island in Portsmouth and off Fox Point in Newington.

The New Hampshire Attorney General's office alleges that Mazzaglia strangled or suffocated Marriott on Oct 9. in his Dover apartment. Marriott had attended a class at UNH that night and headed to Dover to see some friends.
