Maine Woman Indicted for Portsmouth Market Basket Robbery

A Maine woman who Portsmouth Police say robbed some groceries from the Market Basket on Woodbury Avenue last winter has been indicted by a Rockingham County Grand Jury.

Diana Foley, 26, of LKA 344 Pinehill Road in Berwick, Maine, was indicted for robbery on Feb. 4 after she allegedly used physical force at the supermarket by pushing two men as she fled the store, according to court documents.

The following other people were indicted by the Rockingham County Grand Jury in August. An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but means that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a trial in superior court.

  • Issac John Allen, 40, address unknown, Portsmouth was indicted for failure – duty to inform on April 5 when he failed to give the Portsmouth Police Department written notice that he is a registered sex offender after he changed his address at the Blue Roof Motel in Kittery, Maine and moved into the city. 
  • Nicole R. Bousquet, 26, of 36 Dogtown Road in Exeter was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card on May 1 after she allegedly stole a wallet from a vehicle in Exeter. 
  • Tyeron Cooper, 24, of 18 Sylvia Court, Hyde Park, Boston, was indicted for two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell (principal/accomplice) and for unsworn falsification. According to court documents, police say Cooper and Ashley Middleton tried to sell cocaine in Greenland on May 15. 
  • Arthur Detullio, 56, of 54 Bartlett St. in Portsmouth was indicted for duty to report on May 22 after he allegedly failed to register with the Portsmouth Police Department a registered sex offender. 
  • Brandon Donovan, 26, of 14 Highland Ave. in Lisbon, Maine, was indicted for two counts of possession of the controlled drug (diazepam), possession of controlled drugs in a motor vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension on May 20 in Hampton.
  • Roland Dow, 28, of 99 North Road in Brentwood, was indicted for first degree assault between Nov. 1 and Nov. 16, 2012 by recklessly causing serious bodily injury to a four-year-old boy by striking him and dropping him on his head in Plaistow which caused the victim to suffer a traumatic brain injury and impaired his vision.
  • Marcia Foye AKA Marcia Pavlovic, 40, of 8 Western Ave., Apt. 3 in Dover was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking and driving after revocation or suspension on May 25 when she allegedly stole some groceries from the Stop & Shop supermarket. 
  • Frederick Hundertmark, 51, of 102 N. Las Olas Drive in Jensen Beach, Fla., was indicted for identity fraud and witness tampering on March 2, 2005 after he allegedly tried to pose as Blair Hundertmark and tried to open a bank account under her name and tried to get her to withhold testimony.
  • Ryan Patrick Lane, 35, of 41 Carney Court, Apt. 131, Charlestown, Mass., was indicted for robbery on April 14 in Hampton for allegedly threatened a TD Bank teller with physical force while he robbed that bank.
  • Ryan LeClair, 28, of 409 Ocean Blvd., Apt. 3 in Hampton was indicted for being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon (kabar knife), falsifying physical evidence and resisting arrest of detention on May 21 in Hampton. 
  • Jesse Daniel McManus, 24, of 23 Lamprey St. in Newmarket was indicted for 12 counts of attempted computer pornography prohibited for possessing child pornographic images and videos on his computer on Dec. 5, 1997. 
  • Ashley Middleton, 26, of 125 Lincoln St., Apt. 6 in Saco, Maine, was indicted for being an accomplice to possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell and for possession of a controlled drug after she was arrested for cocaine possession in Greenland on May 15.
  • Eric Jason Porter, Jr., 24, of 31 Depot Road in Epping was indicted for unauthorized use of propelled vehicle or rented property and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, between Dec. 13, 2012 and Feb. 2., and for receiving stolen property on Jan. 27 in Exeter.
  • Mitchell Raymond, 18, of 96 Halls Mills Road in Newfields was indicted for possession with intent to distribute and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle on April 13 in Exeter when police arrested him for possessing marijuana in his car.
  • Daniel Rowe, 55, of Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood was indicted for driving under the influence of liquor, fourth offense, and driving after revocation or suspension in North Hampton on May 5.
  • Isabel A. Santos, 32, of 144 Pearl St., Apt. 3 in Manchester was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking after she allegedly stole six bottles of Moet Nectar from a New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet store in North Hampton on March 23.
  • Alice White, 39, of 144 Pearl St., Apt. 3 in Manchester was also indicted for theft by unauthorized taking after she and Santos allegedly stole the six bottles of Moet Nectar from the North Hampton state liquor store together on March 23.
