UPDATE: PSNH Restores Power in Portsmouth Outage
PSNH reports 3,437 in Portsmouth without power, and scattered outages in Newington.
UPDATE, 2:15 p.m.: PSNH says power is returned to customers in greater Portsmouth and crews are on scene checking out the incident.
An earlier report follows:
Public Service of New Hampshire reports 3,437 customers in Portsmouth are without power, as of 1:45 p.m. April 7.
Another 27 are without power in Newington.
