• Chelsea Paige Bennett, 20, 1 Pembroke Drive, Apt. 13, Derry, failure to appear on original charge of heroin possession April 1.
• Timothy David Butterworth, 23, of 289 Concord St., Apt. 2, Manchester, contempt capias – marital non-support April 2.
• Jesus Cruz Morales, 36, of 2 McIntyre Ct, downstairs apt, Rochester, violation of probation / felon in possession of a firearm, April 2.
• Danielle Judith Wittkowski, 26, 361 Main St., Salem, failure to appear for arraignment on possession of suboxone April 3.
• Dieuseul Sylvestre, 43, 335 48th Ave., CT W, Palmetto, Fla., failure to appear, solicit child/computer April 3.
• Bonnie Lee Kelly, 43, of 76 E. Wyoming Ave., Melrose, Mass., failure to appear – obtained CD by fraud April 3.
• William Richard Belanger, 59, of 29 Sullivan St. Apt. 2, Manchester, failure to appear on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault April 3.
• Robert Wilson, 28, 99 North Road, Brentwood, violation of court order April 4.
