State Police Arrest 26 on Drug, Alcohol Charges

New Hampshire State Police Troop A in Epping made the following arrests between June 28 and July 4. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

6-28-13 at 12:31 a.m. Julia WALKER, age 21 of Bath, ME was arrested on Route 108 in Durham and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

6-28-13 at 2:01 a.m. Nicanne BROWN, age 34 of Rochester, NH was taken into Protective Custody on Route 16 in Milton due to Intoxication.

6-28-13 at 4:23 a.m. Andrew GETTINGS, age 18 of Milford, NH was arrested on Route 101 in Raymond and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

6-28-13 at 4:58 a.m. Jahvohni PRICE, age 19 of Roxbury, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton Falls and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

6-28-13 at 5:10 a.m. Jacob LAFONTAINE, age 21 of Milford, NH was taken into Protective Custody on Route 101 in Raymond due to Intoxication.

6-29-13 at 5:25 p.m. Andrew CONNORS, age 20 of Swampscott, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton Falls and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug in a Motor Vehicle.

6-29-13 at 9:39 p.m. Heidi SOUZA, age 50 of Somerset, MA was placed into taken Custody on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton due to Intoxication.

6-29-13 at 11:00 p.m. Christopher ARCHAMBAULT, age 47 of Farmington, NH was arrested on Route 108 in Rochester and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

6-30-13 at 12:23 a.m. Kevin MURRAY, age 40 of Somersworth, NH was arrested on Interstate 95  in Hampton and charged with Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Parole Violation.

6-30-13 at 12:23 a.m. Justin GOODWIN, age 20 of Middleton, NH was arrested on Interstate 95  in Hampton and charged with Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Parole Violation.

6-30-13 at 6:47 p.m. Elizabeth ADAMS, age 33 of Somersworth, NH was arrested on High Street in Somersworth on an Outstanding Bench Warrant.

6-30-13 at 11:53 p.m. Vincent ALESSI, age 45 of Stoneham, MA was arrested on Ashworth Avenue in Hampton and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Open Container.

6-30-13 at 11:53 p.m. Marta ALESSI, age 29 of Stoneham, MA was arrested on Ashworth Avenue in Hampton and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug and Open Container.

7-1-13 at 1:22 a.m. Johanna DEFRANCISCO, age 26 of Somerville, MA was arrested on Route 101 in Raymond and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

7-1-13 at 1:53 a.m. Seth GAGNON, age 29 of Dover, NH was arrested on Silver Street in Dover and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug and Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

7-1-13 at 6:43 p.m. Joseph HORGAN, age 46 of Somersworth, NH was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with a Subsequent Offense Operating After Suspension.

7-2-13 at 6:18 p.m. Charles LIBBY, 35 of Lebanon, ME was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with a Subsequent Offense Operating After Suspension and also held on an Outstanding Bench Warrant.

7-3-13 at 8:35 a.m. Christopher ZAMPINO, age 28 of Kissimmee, FL was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton on an Outstanding Bench Warrant.

7-3-13 at 3:53 p.m. Lakyn WEBBER, age 24 of Rochester, NH was arrested on Route 125 in Rochester and charged with Operating After Suspension.

7-4-13 at 12:22 a.m. Andres HERNANDEZ, age 32 of New Durham, NH was arrested on Route 16 in Portsmouth and charged with Aggravated and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

7-4-13 at 12:22 a.m. Elicia HERNANDEZ, age 41 of New Durham, NH was arrested on Route 16 in Portsmouth and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug.

7-4-13 at 1:06 a.m. Jean DOWNER, age 23 of Plaistow, NH was arrested on Route 101 in Hampton and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

7-4-13 at 1:40 a.m. Michael BERUBE, age 32 of Berwick, ME was arrested on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.

7-4-13 at 11:25 a.m. Andres RODRIGUEZ, age 36 of Dover, NH was arrested on Central Avenue  in Dover and charged with a Subsequent Offense of Operating After Suspension.

7-4-13 at 4:55 p.m. George PAPPARGERIS, age 41 of Rochester, NH was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with Possession and Transportation of a Controlled Drug and Possession of a Prescription Drug without Prescription.

7-4-13 at 6:53 p.m. Michael IVES, age 22 of Manchester, NH was arrested on Route 101 in Hampton and charged with Possession and Transporting of a Controlled Drug and Possession of a Prescription Drug without Prescription.
