Stratham Woman Charged with Theft, Credit Card Fraud

The following arrest information was supplied by the Portsmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, March 29 through Saturday, March 31.


  • At 7:07 a.m., police reported a burglary at Beechstone Apartments after the caller said someone stole all of her underwear and bras.
  • At 11:58 a.m., police arrested a Stratham woman on Parrott Avenue who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Theresa Cecil Paquette, 47, of 159 Portsmouth Ave., in Stratham was was wanted for theft from a motor vehicle, four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, forgery, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, and two counts of receiving stolen property.
  • At 11:17 p.m., police arrested a Wakefield man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Petros Laskos, 47, of 187 Long Ridge Road in Wakefield was wanted for conduct after an accident.


  • At 10:22 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth resident who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Adrian Westpon, 35, of 600 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth was wanted for criminal trespass.
  • At 8:17 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Durgin Lane after the caller said someone had vandalized his truck with a flat tire and a front grill damage.


  • At 4:09 p.m., police arrested a Fairfield, Iowa woman after she was involved in a fight with another woman on Heritage Avenue. Diana Rugh, 72, of 2363 2N3 ND St. in Fairfield, Iowa was charged with simple assault.
  • At 7:31 p.m., police reported shoplifting on Islington Street after the caller said a female subject took some medications off a CVS Pharmacy shelf and fled in a car with two other male subjects.
  • At 9:41 p.m., police reported a prowler complaint on Crescent Way and Kearsarge Way after the caller said she saw someone running between the houses in the area.
