Guinta to Make Several Stops in City This Week

U.S. Rep. Frank Guinta, R-NH, will meet with Portsmouth area voters on Tuesday and Wednesday during several events.

U.S. Rep. Frank Guinta, R-NH, has scheduled several appearances in Portsmouth on Tuesday and Wednesday as his 2012 re-election campaign heats up.

According to Mark Powell, the congressman's press officer, Guinta will speak at the New England Council Breakfast, tour the New Hampshire Port Authority (including a boat inspection of the Port of Portsmouth), participate in a Coast Guard Award presentation ceremony and host a Portsmouth job fair.

On Tuesday, Guinta is scheduled to be the guest speaker at the New England Council Breakfast at the Portsmouth law firm of Pierce Atwood on One New Hampshire Ave. at 8 a.m.

At 10:40 a.m., Guinta will present an award at the Coast Guard Station in New Castle before he is scheduled to tour the Port of New Hampshire facility on Market Street at 2 p.m., which will include a boat inspection.

On Wednesday, Guinta will host a job fair at Great Bay Community College at Pease International Tradeport from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. More than 30 Seacoast area employers and groups will be represented.
