Speak Out: Should Drivers Be Allowed to Read Texts?

The safety hazards that drivers pose when they text while driving are pretty well documented, but is it just a dangerous when drivers read their texts on the road?

The New Hampshire Supreme Court will hear arguments Thursday in a Barnstead resident's appeal of his conviction on assault charges in a 2010 case where he caused an accident while reading a text, according to the Associated Press.
