What a great old place this building is. It's really quite grand. I always admire it whenever I drive by and wonder who's lucky enough to live there.
It's run down, though. The paint is peeling and there are many signs of disrepair. I hope that one day it will be fully restored because it would be a shame to let it go.
It's right at the intersection of Woodbury and Maplewood Avenues, and it's fabulous.
