OK, NH, What Are You Doing this Weekend?
There's a ton of things to do around the Granite State this weekend.

SATURDAY
- Christmas Tree Bonfire. Londonderry Boy Scout Troop 521 is collecting trees (donations accepted) at Mack’s Apples from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. At dusk, the fire begins.
- Paint a Slate. Art Happens Creative Art Studio in Milford hosts a Paint a Slate event at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Classes are $35, and include morning coffee.
- Winters Farmers' Markets. The Rolling Green Nursery in Greenland has one on Saturday starting at 10 a.m. Up in Tilton, there is a weekend one happening too.
- Care for a Sleigh Ride? Since there’s a ton of snow on the ground, take in a sleigh ride at the Painted Blessings Ranch in Webster this weekend. Tickets are $10 per person.
- Museums on Us. Bank of America and Merrill Lynch customers can go to the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester this weekend for free.
- Summer Camp Registration. Yup, before you know it, it will be summer and the Merrimack YMCA wants you to know that registration for the Greater Nashua Summer Camp program begins on Saturday for 9- to 12-year-olds.
- A New Yoga Class. Sharing Yoga in Concord begins a series of in-depth study classes this weekend. The first one starts at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
- Meet Lisa Greenleaf. The author and illustrator will be at Rogers Memorial Library in Hudson at 1 p.m. on Saturday speaking about her fine artwork.
- Learn to Paint. Art With a Splash in Nashua hosts a BYOB painting at 2 p.m. on Saturday where you can learn to paint cherry blossom trees.
- Silver Lake Summers. The E. E. Cummings Revue continues at the Pontine Theatre in Portsmouth at 4 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $18.
- Choral Concert. The Lipscomb University A Cappella Singers will perform its winter concert at Nashua North High School at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
- Background Check. The Players’ Ring Theatre in Portsmouth presents this new play by G. Matthew Gaskell at 8 p.m. on Saturday, and 7 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $15; $12 for seniors.
- Willie Nile. The roots rocker appears at the Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $20.
- The Slakas. This cutting edge classic rock cover band plays The Haluwa in Nashua at 9 p.m. on Saturday.
- Ready to Groove? The Groove Alliance Band performs at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday at Whippersnappers Restaurant.
SUNDAY

- Antiques Show. The Hampshire Hills Sports and Fitness Club in Milford hosts an antiques show from 8:30 to 11 a.m. on Sunday.
- Audition for Oliver! The Windham Actors Guild is holding auditions for its spring production of “Oliver!” beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. Auditions will also be held on Jan. 7, starting at 6:30 p.m.
- Swan Lake. The Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord hosts a performance of the classic ballet at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $15.
- New World Short Film. Lesley Smith, a New Hampshire ventriloquist and singer-songwriter, will present a new short film at 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre in Portsmouth. Tickets are $15, small children are free.
- Joe Sambataro. The musician offers a solo performance at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday at Whippersnappers Restaurant.
