Portsmouth Civic Groups Endorse Council Candidates

The election is Tuesday.

Several civic groups have endorsed candidates in Tuesday's City Council race.

All nine seats on the council are up for grabs. The candidate who receives the highest number of votes will be named mayor.

Below are the civic groups and the candidates they endorsed:

The Association of Portsmouth Taxpayers, which advocates for "affordable, efficient and accountable" government:
