New Diner Now Open in Portsmouth

Roger's Redliner Diner is officially open for business.

The new diner at Southgate Plaza on Route 1 in Portsmouth opened on Friday, according to its Facebook page. So far, reviews seem to be mixed. But then, it's only been open a few days, so it's a bit early to judge.

"Great food great staff and probably the best malted milkshake I've ever had!" Derek LaBorie said on Facebook.

"Fantabulous staff...day 3 and they are packed....worth the wait :)" added Michelle Sears.

"Went for breakfast. 50% of the seating was empty and they were not seating any customers to allow for the kitchen to catch up on orders," said Heather White. "You couldn't even sit for coffee while waiting. Absolutely ridiculous."
